This is a pre-owned Visconti Kaleido Voyager Yellow Dawn Rollerball pen, without box/papers.   

This gorgeous pen was first released in the 1990s as a part of the Voyager series by Visconti. The body of this pen was crafted using precious Italian copper-toned marbled resins. The pen cap features the signature Voyager "spring" pocket clip and is surmounted by the Visconti Voyager logo.
