The barrel of the 4810 edition, made of precious black resin, is surrounded by delicate golden perforations.
In the 888 edition this openwork is made of solid 750 gold, highlighted by refined inlays of red enamelled lacquer.
An inlay of Ishtar's heraldic animal decorates the elegant, richly decorated clip, which in the 888 edition is complemented by a diamond of approximately 0.2 carats.
